The Cavachon is very affectionate, loyal & has a gentle manner. This designer breed enjoys play time and does excellent with children. They love attention & are eager for their owner’s approval.

The Cavachon is a relatively healthy cross. Some health concerns to watch for are:
• Hip Dysplasia
• Ear & Eye Infections
• Seizures
• Mitral Valve Disease (MVD)
All mixed breed dogs have a better chance of having less health concerns because of their genetic diversity.

The Cavachon coat is soft, curly & stands away from their body.

The most recognizable Cavachon color is champagne & white, usually having light brown marking on the face & body. Other colors can be black & white, tricolor, brown & tan and other.

Coat Care:

The Cavachon is for the most part hypoallergenic. Grooming every 4 – 6 weeks will prevent any shedding. It will also help prevent any tangling or matting of their hair. Brushing daily will also help maintain a healthy coat.
